Passion’s professional staff is dedicated first and foremost to meet the needs of every client. After the staff has made the appropriate consultations with the client they will try to find solutions in accordance with the client’s specific needs. After they provide the client with their proposals, they will assist them in finding a solution. Whatever need you want to fulfill: To make changes in your appearance, to break the monotony, to be up to date with the latest trends, to want to change something in your personality and style, to have a flawless image and any other need that has to do with you and your look, our professional staff is dedicated to helping you achieve the image for your personal look! Passion’s professional staff is continuously creative, original and contextual. They know the traditional and modern perceptions of beauty, appearance and image in Kosovo. They are constantly in contact with the latest trends of fashion and beauty. This makes them equipped with exceptional professional quality and deep knowledge of what your look needs.
- Administration
The administrative staff of Passion, consisting of more than 10 people, is constantly available to clients for everything that has to do with organizing schedules and making appointments. The administrative staff is also available to all customers for the whole package of “customer care” services. The administrative staff has high communication skills and extensive knowledge with regards to customer needs. They are helped by various trainings and workshops. Customers consider the administrative staff of Passion as the most capable in fairness and finding appropriate solutions for them

Passion’s marketing is done by sh.p.k Production. This is a company from Prishtina, which specializes in media productions, marketing campaigns and PR's. Passion Production sh.p.k is one of the most serious productions in Kosovo. Among others it produces a very popular TV show called “SPITALIKS” .
